As well as our own team of mystery shoppers and retail reviewers, we rely heavily on users of Offer UK to tell us what they think about individual stores.

So, let us know what you think. Have you bought from this store previously? Would you use them again? Were the discount codes useful? Are some of the discount codes no longer valid?

Let us know by adding your own comments.

Our reviewers say

"A British institution". We're guessing that few of you have not heard of Marks & Spencer - one of the very biggest names on the high street. But what does their website have to offer that you won't find in-store? Is there anything that you're missing out on.

Let's put our cards on the table here - one of the things that we love most is the food hall. Yep - you can't beat M&S treats! We're guilty of nipping out from Offer UK Towers to seek out a sandwich or two at lunchtimes. This surely means that we're heading for disappointment when it comes to online shopping. You can't get a sandwich delivered today, after all.

But all is not lost! Forgive our focus on food for a moment - we'll soon be looking at the wider product range, we promise.

You can actually order some food online and it all looks rather lovely. We're talking food for dinner parties, wedding cakes (yes - you did read that right), Christmas hampers and plenty of wine. Great for entertaining and maybe even pretending that your hosting skills involve rather more work than they actually do.

Stepping away from the food (in a somewhat grudging manner), we take a look at what else is on offer. There's plenty of clothing, of course. In some senses, it seems like they've been re-aligning themselves, trying to make it more fashionable to shop in these stores, without losing that loyal customer base.

Is this reflected online? Well - yes - there are plenty of models wearing fashionable, yet "proper" clothing that would be ideal for a dinner party, or maybe an afternoon out rambling.

There's also the opportunity here for them to showcase so many more products than would be possible in store. There may well be more clothes than you'd usually find on the shopfloor (we don't profess to having a comprehensive knowledge of every single garment), but there are certainly more larger items.

Our local stores doesn't have any furniture on show, for example, but the website is positively bursting full of furniture, accessories and soft furnishings. In short, there's more here than you may be used to seeing, unless you're fortunate enough to live close to one of their big out of town stores.

What about the wonderful world of deliveries? You can choose to get items delivered to your home, to the nearest store, or even internationally.

Delivery to store is free, although you do need to check the list of participating stores. You also need to see whether the item that you are buying is available for collection in this way - some items aren't.

What about home delivery? It's £3.50 for standard delivery, which usually takes between 3 and 5 days apparently (it is mentioned that it's normally closer to 3 than 5). Need something quicker? If you want something delivered next day then you'll be charged £4.95 - the same price if you want to nominate another day.

Clearer delivery information than many stores provide, so that can't be bad!

Are there alternatives?

Yes! There are numerous companies selling clothing items online. Check out our clothing listings for more details.
