Regular readers of Offer UK will know that it's not enough for a retailer to simply have a website that looks pretty. We know that, from a consumer point of view, it's vital that the website functions well and that the product range offers value for money, as well as the all-important "wow" factor.
So how does LFG score?
We like the way that the website is displayed - it's been broken down into categories to help you to navigate to the areas of the site that are likely to be of interest. This means that you could, for example, search by the age of your child. You might alternatively find your way around the site by choosing the type of products that you're interested in.
Alternatively, there are a number of "selections" which offer a useful insight into various areas of the store. We were particularly impressed by the birth gifts - it can be difficult picking out a suitable gift for a new-born, but the selection is impressive and allows for real originality.
Finally, if you are particularly impressed by an individual designer then you're able to access a section for each in turn. These are handy shortcuts if you have a particular preference.
What about the pricing policy at LFG? It seems to us that the prices displayed online are higher than those that many would normally pay for children's clothing and accessories. But this is a website that is clearly not set up to compete with budget retailers. Little Fashion Gallery offers high quality clothes and you expect to pay a bit more for the individuality that you'll find here.
Overall, we thought that the selection certainly offered value for money.
Our reviewers were impressed by the layout of the website and by the quality of the items displayed. There's no doubt that LFG offers an excellent option for those looking at high end children's fashion.
